The highlight of my Wednesday night.

See, I need to give you the back story before I give you the highlight. Sorry bout it. In the fall of 2000, some friends and I took a trip to Boston. It was, and is still, one of my favorite college years memories. And we found a bakery. A bakery that, I’ll be honest,

Here’s another Wednesday installment of YouBlog– where I introduce you to one of your fellow blogmies. Remember the goal is to get to know each other! Many of you readers/commenters were born to be friends- I just know it. And I’m out to prove it! I’m super excited to introduce you to Bindu. How bout

Watch it.

So let’s relax, kick back, and watch a little video, eh? [That’s for you, Brad the Canadian Pastor.] First of all, I have to show you my friend Melissa. She can sing. WITH. HER. MOUTH. CLOSED. It is my joy right now. Truly, is that not the funniest thing you have ever seen?? I’ll be

Like an internet sized thank you note.

When my grandmother passed away about a month ago, we were kindly flooded with emails, phone calls, plants, and sweet cards, and food. Lots and lots of food. That I am still paying for, in the fatty kind of currency. And Mama sent tons of thank you notes. I sent a few. A paltry few

Clicks.

That’s funny to me. Cause I’m going to show you some pictures and when you take a picture, the old cameras used to make a “click” sound. And then also I’m going to give you links to see, and you will “click” on those. [See? It’s like a double meaning.] [I’m a wordsmith. What can
